I’m jinxed, returned my first 2, hoped a 3rd time would be a charm, nope, I want to use it more often, but bread dough made it smoke, I even let it rest for 10 minutes, but nope, 5 minutes in, it was hot to the touch and smoking. Used it on 2, as recommended, only 8 cups of flour. Is it just me?
