    Today’s recipe is Buffalo Chicken Bombs in Oven.


    Ingredients for dough:

    ½ cup Milk,

    2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil,

    1 tsp Instant Yeast,

    1 tsp Powdered Sugar,

    ½ tsp Salt,

    3 cup Flour,

    Water as needed.


    Ingredients for Chicken mixture:

    ½ cup Buffalo Sauce,

    4 tbsp. Cheddar Cheese,

    2 tbsp. Cream Cheese,

    3 tbsp. Mayonnaise,

    ½ tsp Black Pepper,

    ½ tsp Salt,

    1½ cup Chicken (boiled & shredded),

    & 1 tsp Mix Herbs.


    Ingredients to brush:

    ½ tsp Garlic,

    4 tbsp. Melted Butter,

    1 tbsp. Fresh Coriander,

    & 1 tsp Parsley.



    – To prepare dough: add milk, vegetable oil, instant yeast, powdered sugar, salt and flour in a bowl.

    – Gradually add water and knead the dough.

    – Put it aside for 90 minutes.

    – To prepare filling: add buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, chicken and mix herbs in a bowl.

    – Give it a good mix.

    – Make small balls from the dough, flat them with hands.

    – Put a spoon full of chicken mixture in center.

    – Fold it to make round balls.

    – Mix garlic, coriander and parsley in melted butter.

    – Brush it on the balls.

    – Bake at 180°C for 30~35 minutes.
