3 Replies to “3 Different Breakfast Wraps”

  1. I do a very similar recipe but sort of upside down to yours. I’ll lay the tortilla in a pan over medium heat, crack an egg on top, break the yolk with a fork and then spread it over the whole tortilla. Add some pesto, spinach, and garlic, and once the egg is starting to set I fold it in half (like a quesadilla) and cook it on both sides until golden and crispy. So good.

  2. Super easy breakfast wraps 3 ways, because the breakfast shouldn’t be boring These are so simple to make and what you put inside as filling it’s entirely up to you, but here are some options one with mushrooms, one with ham and my favourite, with bacon and onion.

    **Easy Tutorial:** [https://youtu.be/rjl8nuX-NfI](https://youtu.be/rjl8nuX-NfI)

    **Ingredients**

    * 1 small flour tortilla
    * 2 free range eggs
    * 1 Pinch salt and pepper
    * 1 Pinch pepper
    * about 100gr grated cheese (medium cheddar or mozzarella)
    * 3 Flavours:
    * 3 chestnut mushrooms alternately use button mushrooms (less flavourful)
    * 2 slices turkey ham about 50gr
    * 3 slices streaky bacon and ΒΌ white onion
    * 100gr butter

    **Directions**

    1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the Bacon and Onion until golden then remove to a plate. If using cooked ham, you can heat it up or just add it over the cheese in step 4.
    2. In a measuring cup, add 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, or add seasoning to taste. Beat with a fork. Add beaten eggs and swirl to spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. Cook over low heat until When eggs are nearly cooked through (if you tilt the pan they shouldn’t run).
    3. Sprinkle the top with 2 Tbsp shredded cheese then cover with a tortilla. The cheese will make the tortilla stick to the egg. Use a large spatula to get under the egg and quickly flip over.
    4. Sprinkle another 2 Tbsp of cheese or add cheese to taste. Sprinkle your cooked protein ( bacon or ham, if vegetarian use the mushrooms) over half of the surface and fold the tortilla in half. Sautee on both sides until golden brown.* Remove from skillet and use a pizza cutter to cut the wraps into wedges and serve warm.
